Explanation

Within the report section you can find a module called 'Vehicle working time pie chart', which displays a breakdown of the working time of a specific machine.
In the following table you can find the definitions of these working times:

Traveling time(loaded vehicle）	Travel time from loading point to unloading point	・The value obtained by subtracting the idle time and blank time from the difference between the end time of loading and the start time of the next unloading.
Traveling time (empty vehicle)	Travel time from unloading point to loading point	・The value obtained by subtracting the idle time and blank time from the difference between the end time of unloading and the start time of the next loading.
Traveling time (other)	Time not involved in operations.	・From the start of the site working hours  to the start time of the first loading/unloading operation of the day  ・From the end of the last loading/unloading operation of the day to the end of the site working hours.  ・The work of the previous day is not taken into account. Even if the work is actually done across days, it will be recorded as "Other".  The speed and coordinates are not taken into account. ・"the end of the last loading/unloading operation of the day to the end of the workday" is calculated by all-day batch.
Loading time	The time in between the loading start time and the loading end time

Unloading time	The time in between the unloading start time and the loading end time

Idling time	Time when a vehicle is in between loading points, but at a speed <2km/hour

Stoptime: It is the difference in time between consecutive location information with a speed of 2 km/h or less.

Excluding data in case of not logging/ running out of battery

If the difference in time between consecutive location information exceeds the default value (60 seconds), that time will be excluded from the total. This specification is for cases where location information was not sent due to logging out or the app running out of battery.

 

Breaktime

Stopping for a long time (e.g. lunch break) is not considered blank. Even if there is no change in coordinates or speed, as long as location information is transmitted, it will be counted.
