Payloads and Smart Construction Fleet cannot be linked.

Issue

• Dumps do not appear on the list in the Payload app.
• Payload loading results are not visible in the app.

Answer/Cause

1) It is not registered newly the owned equipment yet in Smart Construction Fleet web side.

2) The registered owned machines cannot be selected on the Smart Construction Fleet web side.

3) "Model", "Type", and "Machine number" are not registered on the machine setting screen from the payload meter on the tablet side.

Explanation/How to deal

1) Register new owned machines on Smart Construction Fleet web.

• Register a new machine with the company account of the owned machine.
• Press the "Select own Const. Match."
• Press the "Create new" button.

• The list of construction equipment screen will be displayed.
• It is easier to understand if you enter all the "Required" items and register the "Machine Name" as well.

*Caution
Retro machines should be registered in the "Non-ICT" category.
Please uncheck the "Construction equipment category" checkbox if the machine is not Komatsu construction equipment.
If you do not know the date of purchase, enter it at your option.

2) On the Smart Construction Fleet web side, select the owned construction equipment for the payload.

• Open the target jobsite on the Smart Construction Fleet web side.　
• Press the "Ξ" (menu button) on the upper left corner.
• Select the "Excavator with payload meter."　
• Click on "Select own Const. Mach."

• Select "Non-ICT Excavator" as the display item and "Select" the appropriate construction equipment.

• Enter the start and end date and time, and click the "Register" button. The "Model," "Type," and "Machine number" of the registered machine and the tied period of time will be displayed on the screen.

3) Registering "Model", "Type", and "Serial number" on the machine setting screen from the payload meter on the tablet side.

• Select the payload menu (gear mark) on the tablet.
• Select "Settings."

• Click the yellow button with the excavator.

• Enter the password: 31415 (if the app version is old, ll?2017 ).
• Enter the "Model", Type", and "Serial number" in the "Basic Info" section of the Machine Settings screen.
  (If there is no the target model type in the selection, you can enter it manually.)
• Click the check button at the bottom right to complete registration.

*Caution

The "Model", "Type", and "Serial Number" registered for the payload construction equipment on the Smart Construction Fleet side and the "Model", "Type", and "Serial Number" registered on the machine setting screen on the tablet side must all match in order for the linkage to work. If even a single character is wrong, the machine will not be linked. so please make sure to enter the correct information.
