Error message "Unable to register due to duplication usage period with another site" is displayed.

Issue

It is needed to register a machine at a site on the web version of Smart Construction Fleet when you would like to use payload function with linking to Smart Construction Fleet. But the message "Unable to register due to duplication usage period with another site" is displayed and registration cannot be performed.

Answer/Cause

You need to cancel the duplicate registration because the machine is registered for a duplicate period of time with another construction site.

How to cancel duplicate registration

• Select the Error message "1: Open the Jobsite Settings for this site" 

• The Jobsite Settings of the site where the payload construction equipment is registered will be displayed, so confirm the site name and participant account name.

*When the operator's account is not associated with the site, the Jobsite Settings can be opened if the account is in the same organization. However, when the site is for different organization and the account is also not a participant in the jobsite, the Jobsite Settings will not open and an error will occur. In this case, please contact the Support Center. We will be able to provide you with the name of the site and the name of the participant.

• Open a jobsite where payload construction equipment has already been registered and set the end date and time so that the payload construction equipment usage period does not overlap.
• Open the jobsite you wish to use, set the start date and time with a caution that the usage period does not overlap the previous site, and register the payload construction equipment.
